Pro Cutting Tips
Use a calibrated cutting machine to ensure the aluminum profile cuts square — gaps with connectors occur if the machine is skewed.
Keep the blade sharp. Dull blades cause deformation — use pliers to gently recover shape if needed.
Optimal cut position: between groups of one LED chip and one resistance to avoid dark zones.
Clean scrap chipping inside the profile after cutting — debris causes short circuits and reduces light efficiency.
